We’ll sit down for 90 minutes to:
Develop your vision for the epic life you desire and set specific, measurable goals to make it a reality
Identify and leverage your strengths, unique skills, knowledge, connections and experiences to take your life or career to the next level
Assess potential roadblocks, including self-doubt, low self-esteem, procrastination, dis-empowering beliefs and 'failure to launch' behaviors, that keep you from moving forward
You’ll walk away with clarity, a renewed sense of purpose and a realistic, achievable plan to leave complacency and your comfort zone for a better happier life or career.
Here’s how it works:

After scheduling your Create Your Epic Life Clarity Session, you’ll complete my Pre-Session Workbook and Growth Mindset Checklist

Next, we’ll connect for 90-minutes via phone or Skype to discuss your goals and hammer out your strategic plan

Afterwards, I’ll send a Customized Action Plan containing recommended next steps, resources and contacts (where applicable), growth assignment(s) and 2-5 affirmations or communication strategies for replacing self-doubt with self-acceptance and confidence. You'll also get the audio recording of our session for future reference.
Want more sessions or need more help? No problem. Before we wrap, I'll give you options for additional support and guidance.
