Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Individual Coaching Sessions Cancellation by Client 48+ Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost within 30 days of the original appointment date. 24–48 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% rescheduling fee or may be applied as a 50% credit toward a future session. Less than 24 Hours Notice: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. No credit or refund will be provided. No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice will be charged the full session fee with no rescheduling option. Cancellation by Coach If Fay Ferguson needs to cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Book Club & Group Programs Cancellation by Participant 7+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. 3–7 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund or credit toward a future program. Less than 3 Days Before Start Date: No refund provided; however, a 25% credit may be applied toward a future program at our discretion. After Program Has Begun: No refunds will be provided after the first session has taken place. Cancellation by Fay Ferguson If a program is canceled before the start date, participants will receive a 100% refund. If a program must be discontinued after it has begun, participants will receive a prorated refund based on sessions completed.
