A focused 60-minute advisory session for leaders who need experienced guidance on a complex situation, high-stakes decision, or sensitive workplace challenge. This session is designed to help you quickly identify the real issue, gain strategic clarity, and leave with practical next steps you can implement immediately. Ideal for executive leaders, managers, HR professionals, and mission-driven organizations navigating employee relations concerns, leadership pressure, organizational misalignment, or difficult conversations.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule with 48+ hours notice at no charge and reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment date. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session may incur a 50% rescheduling fee or be applied as a 50% credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged in full with no refund. No-shows are charged in full.
