With her expertise and experience, Fay has helped numerous individuals level up their communication, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Our target audience is HR and Administrative professionals and leaders who are looking to enhance their communication skills, initiate difficult conversations or resolve conflict. We also work with individuals who want to have more confidence and executive presence and less fear. We also help parents set boundaries while building loving connections with their young and adult children. Fay Ferguson
Effective Communications Coach
Fay Ferguson is a Effective Communications Coach with more than two decades of experience in leadership roles, human resource management, administrative operations, personal and leadership development, and workshop facilitation, in the private and public sector. She has used that experience to mentor, coach and guide countless men and women through conflict, stress, confusion, and overwhelm to create the life and career they want.
Fay loves helping 'fixers' fix their own life, communicate with confidence, rediscover their joy and prioritize their needs and goals.

Fay’s signature coaching method is based on her 11 principles of Epic Living and signature 4C coaching process.
Among her many accomplishments, Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Life Coaching. She’s a certified professional coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and also certified in Human Capital Strategy (HCS) and Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Fay enjoys hiking, digital storytelling, live music events, exploring new restaurants, having fun and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
