Epic Life by Choice was founded on a simple yet profound realization: we always have the power to shape our lives through our choices. To live an epic life, it is essential to take personal responsibility and recognize that avoiding crucial conversations can cost us the most.
As a retired executive leader with over 30 years of experience in federal and corporate settings, I've observed that many talented professionals struggle to express themselves and speak up when it matters most. Drawing on my journey as someone who once prioritized others' needs over my own, I founded Epic Life by Choice in 2016 to help individuals find their authentic voice.
My mission is simple and transformative: to empower leaders and ambitious professionals—especially those with people-pleasing tendencies—to prepare for the conversations (Epic Exchanges™) they'd rather avoid and turn them into opportunities for growth, deeper connection, or liberating endings.

Fay Ferguson is a Leadership Communication Advisor with more than three decades of experience in federal and corporate leadership. Drawing on her background in human resource management, employee relations, operations, and leadership development, she transforms challenging discussions into opportunities for clarity, connection, and growth.
As a recovering people-pleaser, Fay understands the journey from not speaking up to growing resentful. This personal experience shapes her coaching philosophy: helping you create an epic life—one you love on your terms. She has helped hundreds of men and women get unstuck, unmute their voices, and create and live epic lives.

Among her many accomplishments, Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and a Master of Arts in Counseling and Life Coaching. She is also certified as a Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP).
When she is not empowering others to find their voice, Fay enjoys hiking, digital storytelling, attending live music events, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
